Загальний принцип
Оплата покриває зарезервований час і виконану роботу. Чим ближче до початку або чим більше роботи вже зроблено, тим меншою є сума повернення.
Будь-яке звернення щодо скасування, перенесення чи повернення надсилайте на viktoria.v.kovalchuk@outlook.com.
The principle
Payment covers reserved time and work performed. The closer to the start, or the more work already done, the smaller the refundable amount.

Commercial Diagnostic
Скасування більш ніж за 5 робочих днів до погодженої дати початку — повернення 100%.
Скасування за 2–5 робочих днів — повернення 50%.
Скасування менш ніж за 2 робочих дні або після початку аналізу — кошти не повертаються, але можуть бути зараховані в інший формат співпраці протягом 6 місяців.
Якщо діагностика вже передана вам — повернення не здійснюється.
Commercial Diagnostic
Cancelled more than 5 working days before the agreed start date — 100% refund.
Cancelled 2–5 working days before — 50% refund.
Cancelled less than 2 working days before, or after the analysis has begun — no refund, though the amount may be credited toward another format within 6 months.
Once the diagnostic has been delivered to you, no refund applies.

До початку проєкту — повернення повної суми за вирахуванням фактично витраченого часу на підготовку.
Після початку — повертається частина, що відповідає неспожитому обсягу робіт за погодженими етапами.
Після передачі фінальних матеріалів етапу — кошти за цей етап не повертаються.
Projects — Growth Architecture and Brand Strategy
Before the project starts — full refund less the time actually spent on preparation.
After it starts — the portion corresponding to the unused scope of agreed stages is refunded.
Once a stage’s final materials have been delivered, fees for that stage are non-refundable.
Щомісячні формати — CEO Advisory та Executive Partnership
Співпраця припиняється письмовим повідомленням за 30 днів до кінця поточного оплаченого періоду.
Оплачений поточний місяць не повертається — час уже зарезервований у графіку.
Наступні періоди не виставляються після отримання повідомлення.
Monthly formats — CEO Advisory and Executive Partnership
Either side may end the engagement with 30 days’ written notice before the end of the current paid period.
The current paid month is non-refundable — the time is already reserved in the schedule.
No further periods are invoiced once notice is received.
Перенесення
Зустрічі й сесії можна перенести без втрати оплати, попередивши не пізніше ніж за 24 години.
Пропущена без попередження сесія вважається проведеною.
Форс-мажор з будь-якого боку розглядається окремо і без штрафів.
Rescheduling
Meetings and sessions can be rescheduled at no cost with at least 24 hours’ notice.
A session missed without notice is treated as delivered.
Force majeure on either side is handled separately and without penalty.
Строки повернення
Погоджене повернення здійснюється протягом 10 робочих днів на той самий рахунок, з якого надійшла оплата.
Банківські комісії за переказ утримуються із суми повернення.
Refund timing
An agreed refund is paid within 10 working days to the account the payment came from.
Bank transfer charges are deducted from the refunded amount.
